IRB created EngraxaMente, a digital learning platform built at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Born out of a moment of global uncertainty, the initiative had a noble mission to provide vocational education to underprivileged youth and to strengthen the skills of automotive repair professionals across Brazil.

Its name, a play on words in Portuguese, suggests “both greasing the mind and fueling knowledge.” EngraxaMente is now focused on delivering knowledge that helps young people access the job market and offering lifelong learning to the professionals who keep vehicles running.
The platform features 22 specialized courses, from basic automotive concepts to in-depth modules on IRB's product applications and vehicle maintenance. These courses are offered free of charge, removing barriers to entry for aspiring and working professionals. Over 2,000 professionals have enrolled and over 3,000 certifications have been issued.
It’s not just theory. The platform is backed by a street sales team and immediate technical support, ensuring that learning translates into confident, effective product use. Technical content is also shared across social media, creating a ripple effect across the supply chain. That translates to better-trained professionals, more accurate installations and greater confidence at every level.
